The everyday track is coming. Setup still asks for a few technical steps, and Turret is being made easier to start before this page goes live.
An agent that works in your own folder.
A Turret session works in a folder on your computer. It reads your notes, writes new files beside them, and keeps going on a schedule.
A folder as a workspace
Point a session at a folder: your notes, a project, the household paperwork. Turret puts the folder's files beside the conversation. Open one and edit it yourself while the agent works on another. Markdown files get an editor with a formatting toolbar.
A Productivity session writes only inside that folder.
Give it a job description
Assistant and Productivity sessions take their instructions from a file called CLAUDE.md in the folder. Write down what the folder is for and how you like things done, and every Assistant or Productivity session there starts from it.
Notes that link to each other
A link from one note to another opens that note. Ask the session to tidy a week of notes into a summary, and the summary can link back to each one.
Plans with a clock on them
Ask for a runbook, for a trip or a busy day, and Turret shows it as a timetable that follows the clock: what's on now, what's next, and the next deadline. A database the agent builds opens in a viewer you can browse, filter and edit. A map shows routes and markers.
The same folder on every computer
Connect Google Drive, and Turret keeps a folder the same as one in your Drive. A change made on another computer or on the Drive website arrives here. Share the folder with someone and they can sync it too.
Agents that work while you don't
An automation sends a saved prompt to a fresh session on a schedule: every morning, on chosen days, or every few minutes. "Tidy this week's notes." "Check the inbox folder and file what came in." Each run is kept, so you can read what it did. Turret has to be running for a schedule to fire.
Answer it from your phone
Start a session from Telegram or Slack, and reply to steer it. When it needs your permission, a message with buttons arrives. Only you, and the people you choose, can press them.
Which engine
Use the paid Claude or ChatGPT plan you already have, through Claude Code or Codex. Or add a Gemini or DeepSeek API key in Settings. Turret never reads your Claude Code or Codex login.
Getting set up
Turret starts the sign-in from its own screen. The first run still needs Claude Code or Codex installed, which the setup screen explains.
